Ordering Online
By placing an order on our website, you agree to give us. We will do everything we can to resolve this. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. So that we can deliver your order to you, we will provide your details to our couriers and postal service providers that deliver your order.
Events beyond our control

Invoice
An online /email invoice confirms our acceptance of your order by confirming the products will be dispatched. If we do not confirm receipt, we will refund your payment. Your order makes an offer to us to buy a product. If we believe a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend their order. This includes non-payment of ordered products, fraudulent use of our website and/or sales, and an attempt to resell our products without our knowledge. We will not accept an order from any customer who we have suspended for reasons valid, in our opinion. Products will only be dispatched with the ownership passed to you when we have received full payment. A person not party to the contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it.
Freshly Made
We recommend customers treat personal care like fresh groceries. They are sometimes made with fresh ingredients, actives and light or heat-sensitive materials. Where necessary, they contain preservatives in water-based formulas, with varying temperatures in different parts of the region and people’s individual homes and bathrooms where you may choose to keep your personal care products. We recommend you keep personal care products refrigerated. This is optional yet advised to ensure the product maintains its texture and quality. However, should your product become rancid or unusable due to improper handling, we accept no liability for this.
Resale
By ordering from our website, you agree not to commercially resell any of our products. Commercially reselling our products breaches these terms and conditions and your agreement with us.
Payment and Security
We do not hold your credit card data. When you pay for your products, you leave our Site, and your payment is processed through the merchant. We accept Visa & MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments. Payment will be taken in USD; if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate.
Prices
Our prices are stated in Emirati Dirham on our website and include VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Prices and promotions held in our high street stores and stockists may not apply to this website unless otherwise stated, and vice versa. Please note that offers are subject to availability and may end before originally advertised.
Customs
Products delivered to destinations outside the UAE may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local legislation or customs formalities. Therefore, please check the import charges applicable in your country before ordering products to be delivered there. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for importing the products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. This includes import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the UAE. The recipient of the products, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. Therefore, if you order products that need to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they know they will be responsible for these additional charges. You (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Hence, before placing an order, you must check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations and have no local requirements or restrictions that may affect the receipt of your order.
