Orders

Can I track my order?

While local orders cannot be tracked, international orders are provided with a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver all UAE-based orders within 24 hours of payment receipt. International orders may take up to 7 days after payment is received. This does not account for any delays caused by local customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Except for candles and body butters, we do. Please email your order and physical shipping address to info@pavanito.com. If you wish to place an order, we will send you a payment like with a shipping quote. We do not ship to commercial mailboxes. 

Can I make changes to my order? 

If your order has yet to be dispatched, you may add more items or change the delivery address, date, and time within the same city after placing it. Please try and contact us immediately to make changes. 

How are taxes calculated?

All of our prices include the 5% VAT. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted. Products purchased from our website and stockist locations are not returnable or refundable.

What has changed? 

Everything except the brand's soul. During the pandemic, while most people took a break, we were flooded with orders. So, following the pandemic, we took some time to acknowledge the evolution of our narrative and understand what our customers expected from us.

While maintaining clean ingredients and minimalist yet effective formulas, we evolved our branding, packaging, and approach, focusing closely on textures, scents, and the overall feel of luxury through a unique product. We launched several new products in the beauty, self-care, and lifestyle categories.

Are your products vegan?

All our other products are vegan except for the Goat's Milk Soap and the 3-in-1 Goat's Milk, Oatmeal and Honey Soap.

Do you offer free samples?

We frequently try to include product samples when we ship purchased items. However, this may only sometimes be possible. 

Are your products tested?

All products manufactured and registered in the UAE must be tested for product safety and efficacy by Dubai Municipality before being placed on the market. Aside from this mandatory requirement, our products are subjected to numerous human and dermatological trials by an independent laboratory for quality, tolerance, and efficacy testing.

Are your products pregnancy safe? 

Most, but not all. Product labels include a warning disclaimer explaining whether the product is considered pregnancy safe by us solely based on the product's ingredients (essential oils) and formula. Since we are not a clinic, we recommend you consult your gynaecologist and dermatologist during your pregnancy and show them your products to confirm if they appear pregnancy safe. Every product page on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.

Do I need to refrigerate the product?

You don't have to, but keeping creams and lotions in the fridge prolongs the shelf life and improves the product feel when applied. Personal care products must be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. Perfumes and oil-based products do not require refrigeration. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our personal care products have a shelf life listed next to their barcodes. Indicated as 'E month/year', for example, 'E 06/26' means it expires June 2026.

Who makes your products and where?

We handcraft all of our products in our GMP-certified facility in the UAE. 

Where do you source your essential oils from?

We buy our essential oils from suppliers in the U.S.A. and France. So we source them from these two countries. However, the country where the oil was produced initially varies and can be found on the product page on our website.

Why are some of your containers only filled halfway?

Our products are filled and sold based on weight instead of volume.

What are your products scented with? Are they natural?

Most of our products contain essential oils. Where the word 'Parfum/Fragrance' is read on the product label, previously in layman's language, it meant 'Synthetic Fragrance'. Most recently, this has now been replaced with 'Natural Fragrance'. However, the chemical/INCI name for both remains "parfum/fragrance."  

 

How do I know if the product suits my hair and skin type?

By performing a small patch test and observing for 8 to 24 hours. This applies to any new product you use, regardless of brand. 

Account

Is it necessary for me to create an account? 

Not required, but creating an account validates you as a customer in our eyes and changes the conversation in a variety of ways. It makes us more accessible to one another and allows us to track your shopping history with us to reflect on on a regular basis to determine whether we have enough reasons to spoil you as a customer. 

If I buy your products from your stockist, why do I need to create an account just to give reviews? 

Our stockists are free to keep their customer's information confidential. While we do not condone online bullying and trolling in the name of reviews, we want our customers to feel comfortable speaking out in public while acknowledging the dividing line between reviews and feedback. You give feedback to a company privately with dignity so they can work on it as necessary. Most brand reviews are comparable to compliments, as most companies pin them on landing pages.

My account has been cancelled or suspended. 

You've most likely been mischievous, violated our Terms & Conditions, or made our lives extremely difficult due to something we clearly could not have prevented. Cancelling or suspending someone's account is the absolute last resort, and if we've gotten to that point with someone, we've probably had enough of them and their business.

Do you sell gift cards? 

We're working on it and will make an announcement soon. 

Miscellaneous

Do you offer workshops?

We offer Candle and Soap making workshops in both private and corporate environments. Contact us to discuss this further. 

Do you offer product refills?

We do this by refilling all of our bottles and pouches for personal care. For candles, we can refill containers from other brands as long as we can rebrand them with our logo. Please contact us for more information.

Why are your products color free? 

Because they are not pharmaceutical drugs that require visual distinctions for identification, branding, and patient compliance. Given that these are for personal care, no added colour is necessary.
